Christine Murray, a leading voice in British architectural journalism and founder of The Developer and the Festival of Place, takes the Utopian Hours Torino stage to introduce trauma-informed design.

A former Editor-in-Chief of The Architects’ Journal and The Architectural Review, and founder of the Women in Architecture Awards, Murray has spent her career breaking down the silos between architecture, planning and real estate. Her talk examines how financial and design decisions in real estate directly affect public health and the inclusion of vulnerable communities — and makes the case for design built on listening, psychological safety, accessibility, and repair.
