Jan Edler

Co-founder, Flussbad Berlin

Jan Edler studied architecture at the London Bartlett School of Architecture and at the RWTH University of Aachen. He has been a member of the artistic advisory group of the Transmediale Berlin art and digital culture festival for 11 years. Over 20 years ago he founded realities:united, a studio that develops and supports innovative architectural plans including new media and technologies in the process. Nine years ago the studio initiated the Flussbad Berlin project, one of the most audacious urban regeneration endeavours of the new millennium that will let people swim in the Spree River, in front of Museum Island in Berlin.
