Relocated in Hong Kong in 2006 as English teacher, the Canadian Jeff Rotmeyer founded in 2017 the charity ImpactHK to spread a new approach to the treatment and reintegration of the homeless in the metropolis — winning Hong Kong’s The One humanitarian award in 2018. He then extended his social efforts to citizens affected by autism and down syndrome, founding Love 21 Foundation.
