Justyna Król is a multi-awarded expert in urban development and social innovation. Urban Workshop (Black Elephant) is the Polish social enterprise founded and directed by Król, with a farsighted vision for sustainable development and for studying possible futures for cities. 

This experience generated Miasta2050 (Cities2050), a project that won the Joseph Jaworski Next Generation Foresight Practitioners Community Special Award 2018. 

Król is co-founder of Headventure – Centre for Research on Environmental Psychology and she is responsible for two non-profits. She is also a writer, now focusing on a publication centered on trends and processes that will influence our cities by 2050.
