Césare Peeren, French architect, designer and entrepreneur, is co-founder with Jan Jongert of Superuse Studios, an architecture and design studio active in Rotterdam since 1997. Since then, the studio has taken part in numerous projects — among them the many based on the super-use (highly valorised re-use) of residual and scrap materials, to which the studio gives a new life with elegant and sustainable solutions. Currently, Césare is in charge of the studio’s Superuse On Site section.
