Pablo Sendra

Professor and author of “Designing Disorder”

Pablo Sendra, an architect and professor of Planning and Urban Design at the Bartlett School of Planning, University College of London, combines academia and professional practice. Specialized in regenerating marginal urban areas, he co-founded the urban design studio Lugardero and the Civicwise network that advocates collaborative urbanism.

Known for his innovative projects, including Wimbledon’s revitalization, Sendra is a respected author and engaged community activist promoting public space interventions. At Utopian Hours he will talk about his book Designing Disorder, co-written with Richard Sennett.
