Roundtable #4
Torino: a City for New Real Estate

ROUNDTABLE SOLD OUT

Cities toward new attraction models. How? A discussion on experiences, places, and strategies aimed at envisioning the path toward a contemporary approach to tourism.
Turin is often called Italy’s best-kept secret as a tourist city. Does the same apply to real estate? Behind the apparent calm, certain areas of the second largest metropolitan area in the north are undergoing a period of transformation, driven by the PNRR (Italy’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan) and newly planned infrastructures. The opportunities for investors are numerous — thanks to the abundance of space and lower costs, as well as the strategic location. However, there’s a need to experiment, to go beyond the usual patterns of urban development. Where is the economy heading? And businesses? Innovation and logistics, data and AI — what kind of properties do they require? What lifestyles and flows should be targeted? And furthermore, how can we reimagine reuse? Turin remains the city of opportunities, provided the real estate market doesn’t stay static.

Closed-door roundtable in collaboration with Camera di commercio di Torino reserved for Full Professional Pass holders and participants invited by Stratosferica. With the participation of Assoimmobiliare. To participate in the roundtables, purchase the Full Professional Pass.
