For the 2023 edition of Utopian Hours the first Visiting Urban Explorer from Thessaloniki. Associate partner of STIPO —well known Dutch urban development and consulting agency— Vivian Doumpa is an urban planner and geographer who focuses on the impact of culture and creativity in placemaking strategies.
Also thanks to her experience as a board member of Placemaking Europe, Doumpa is the perfect profile for identifying new opportunities for the future of Turin.
