Paolo Ruffino describes himself as a strategic spatial planner with a passion for cycling, sustainable mobility and urban development. His is a holistic approach, in which a background in the social sciences meets more technical issues: transport economics, planning, geographical information systems. Since 2016, he has been with Decisio, a Dutch company with an office also in Turin that deals with spatial analysis for cycling, consultancy for public space transformations and active mobility planning.
