Utopian Hours is the international festival dedicated to city making organised by Stratosferica.
Three days with leading urban experts to explore the most pressing issues and learn about successful experiences from various cities around the world – including visionary challenges, ambitious projects, social and technological innovation.
The 7th edition of Utopian Hours, Manifesto for a New City Making, will take place in Turin from 13th to 15th October 2023 at the Nuvola Lavazza.

In order to respect the programme times, you must arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the meeting you wish to attend. The organisation will ensure a safe and comfortable environment for the public to enjoy the festival to the fullest.
The purchase of a ticket is strictly personal and cannot be transferred or resold.
Once purchased, tickets will not be refunded in the event of non-attendance at the venue, unless written notice is given for proven reasons to info@stratosferica.org at least three days before the start of the festival. Each case will be assessed individually.
