Walkable urbanism

Walkable urbanism

What is walkable urbanism? Concept Neighborhood —a real estate and placemaking company founded in 2020— may have the answer.
We all know that our cities need to be greener, sustainable and of course less polluted, and by this point of view hyper-proximity is a key concept. It’s something similar to the 15-minute city model: citizens should be able to reach by walk or bike those places and services that can satisfy their daily needs
With Concept Neighborhood Jeff Kaplan and his partners are defining a new way to design and revitalise big areas in the city of Huston. They mix creative placemaking, local management and a great expertise in the real estate sector, in order to activate new neighbourhoods with a low impact on the environment and a positive influence on social life.
